Food Items – No Returns or Exchanges
Due to the perishable nature of food products, all food items are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable. Once an order is placed and delivered, it cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged under any circumstances.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

We will review the issue and, if approved, offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Non-Returnable Items

Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges for food products.
In case of an approved damage or error from our side, a replacement may be arranged after verification.
European Union Customers
If an order is shipped to the European Union, the 14-day cooling-off period does not apply to food items, as they are perishable goods, in accordance with EU consumer protection regulations.
Refunds (If Applicable)
If a refund is approved after inspection:

The refund will be processed to the original payment method

It may take 7–10 business days for the amount to reflect, depending on your bank or payment provider
